Certain features — including the complete chart reading — require a one-time $1 unlock fee, disclosed before checkout. This is a single charge, not a subscription, and does not enroll you in recurring billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for purchases you make. If we offer subscriptions in the future, they auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime in your account settings, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, sales are final. We will never charge a payment method on file for any additional product without your separate, express consent at the time of that purchase.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the right to submit it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Sensitivity of birth data. Your exact birth time and location are sensitive. We use them only to generate your chart and deliver the Services. We do not sell this information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Card payments are collected and processed by our payment processor on their secure checkout pages. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. Our processor may retain your payment method on file in accordance with its own privacy policy; any future charge beyond your one-time purchase requires your separate, express consent.
